I'm Sharang Arora — a Real Estate Sales Representative at Sutton Group Old Mill Realty, based in Etobicoke and serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area. My focus is on rentals: matching tenants with the right unit, and helping landlords lease their properties fast, to the right people.
In one year — a challenging one for the GTA market — I completed 91 rental transactions. That number reflects something I'm genuinely proud of: a consistent process, honest communication, and showing up for clients the way I'd want someone to show up for me.
Beyond rentals, I also work with buyers — both pre-construction and resale. Whether you're searching for your first home, upsizing, or building a portfolio, I bring the same straightforward approach to every deal.

Why Etobicoke?
Etobicoke has always been underrated. It offers a quality of living that downtown Toronto can't match at the same price point — more space, quieter neighbourhoods, and solid transit connections. I know the pockets, the buildings, and the trends here better than anyone.
That said, my work spans the full GTA. I'm just as comfortable in North York, Mississauga, or the downtown core as I am in my home market.
